I was diagnosed with a subluxation of the shoulder soft. I was in physical thearpy now for about three weeks. Still no relief. But in many pain with limited mobility and occasional numbness in his hands. Nothing does not seem to help. I tried heat, ice, I did my exercises. I take the naproxen. He said the problem may collarbone and shoulders relaxed. What can I do?
